CIRET-AVT :
The association is the agreement by which two or more people share, on a permanent basis, their knowledge or activity for a purpose other than to share profits. CIRET-AVT was founded in July 2003 by Ladies Anne-Marie Lizin Senator of Belgium, Saida Benhabiles, a former Algerian minister and Mr Yves Bonnet, former director of the DST, the French honorary prefect. Were also among the founding members Messrs. Luis Matute, Argentine diplomat, Timothy Brown, American diplomat, Jean-Paul Ney, a journalist and Alexandre Cirilovic student. The purpose of CIRET-AVT was and remains the study of all problems related to terrorism, its causes, developments, its consequences, in any open literature on the subject.
